Returns & Refund Policy
At Novit.co.uk, we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you decide you don't like an item after receiving your order or would like to exchange it, you can return it within 30 days for any reason. Please note that the item must be in the same condition you received it, i.e. in good condition, without any defects in tags, and in the original packaging, to be eligible for a return.
Return Process
To return an item, please email support@Novit.co.uk and include your order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for where to return your package. Returns are subject to the following terms:
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
We will not accept any returns without a formal return request.
The return costs will be borne by us.
We recommend that you use a trackable return shipping service.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item (for example, to change the colour or size), please return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.
The following items are not returnable:
Opened or used merchandise, including any merchandise that has been worn, used, or damaged since delivery.
Sale or clearance merchandise (unless otherwise noted).
Merchandise with missing parts or packaging (e.g., missing labels, tags, or original boxes)
Refund Time
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card, online banking) within 7 business days.
The refund amount will appear in your financial account according to the terms of your bank account. If the product is not eligible for a refund, we regret to inform you that no payment will be issued.
If your return has been approved for more than 7 business days and you have not received your refund, please contact us by emailing support@Novit.co.uk Other matters
1. If the product you received has manufacturing defects or quality problems, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will bear the shipping costs and resend you a new product.
2. If the product you received is less than the one you received, please contact us in time and we will resend it to you and bear the shipping costs.
3. If the order is cancelled, we will provide a full refund before delivery; after delivery, you need to return the product and bear the shipping costs.
4. If the package is lost or stolen, please contact us in time and attach the logistics order number. After we confirm that it is lost or stolen, we will resend you a new product and bear the shipping costs.
5. If the resend of the product is caused by lost, missing, or quality problems, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
6. For returns not related to quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
