Delivery Time
We will process successfully purchased orders within 1-2 business days, and the shipping time is 4-7 business days.
Order cut off time: 6.00 PM
Please note that delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays or postal service interruptions. If any item in your order is out of stock or encounters a delivery delay, we will notify you by email.
Please pay attention to the information in the email after placing the order to avoid missing the information and delaying the delivery of the goods.
After the order verification is completed, the order should be delivered as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Taxes and Charges
Any taxes and charges imposed by the carrier or relevant authorities due to the weight, value or nature of the shipment will be borne by Novit.co.uk. You will not be required to pay any additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your order tracking number and order tracking link.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a solution. If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo of the damage and contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the damaged item.
